Just saw a post from Firulais, and I'm so bored and sleepy I thought I would give it a try. But since it's been a while since this journal has been written in English, thought I would translate the questions as good as I can.

I like to do this from time to time, so when some years pass by, I can read what I was thinking in a moment of my life (and how I have improved my poor English...)

This is the second post tonight (Sorry, spam!) but I will be silent for another 6 months after this so please don't flame me... XD

So silly, blog questions, random, about my life. I guess. Or something. xD

1) You can be anyone in any period of history. Who are you, and where are you?

No idea to be honest. Not sure I'd like to go to the past and live there. Romantically, fandom imfluenced, yeah, would like to see many things. But practically? PFff... And it would be cool to peek in the future, but I´m afraid of what I would see 100 years from now.

So m. And I cannot think of a real life historical figure. Sooo.... I would like to live in the Silmarillion timeline, when the elves where around, and I'd be an elf myself... Maybe I could live in Gondolin! :D

2) What's the last book you have read? You liked it?

Ahh... It is called "The Shattering", and it is the book previous to World of Warcraft Cataclysm expansion.

And I can say it was fun to read. Liked reading about Thrall even if I'm hardcore Alliance, and I like Anduin as well. Hope to see him soon as the king of Stormwind X)

3) What did you want to be once you grow up when you were a child? What are you now?

I remember I wanted to be a vet, because I looooove animals. Then I wanted to be a soldier (thanks God this passed as well). To be honest I never gave it much thought.

Now I work with computers. With big computers in banks, airlines, internet / mobile providers... that kind of companies. When they have problems in their big computers, they call my company, and I'm there to help them. Well, it is not only me (thanks God, again), but that pretty much sums it. It is not as awesome as it looks like, but it pays the bills.

4) Close your eyes. What can you see? XD

I almost fell asleep while trying XD God, I'm tired.

5) What can´t you help but do every day?

Not sure. Maybe taking a shower? Eating chocolate? Probably chewing gum. Or doing something computer-related, even if it is listening to something in youtube.

I like to check my plants, see if they are growing. Once I know they do, I try to check them every day so I can see the progress X)

6) Tea or coffee?

Both. Coffee in the mornings, trying to get me awake (and failing...) and tea when I am hungry and I don't wanna eat X__D

I don´t really fancy tea, though.

7) What is your favourite season / time of the year, and why?

Here in UK is Spring. It is the same as the other seasons in terms of weather and so, but you got to see the trees and plants growing the new leafs, flowers, ducklings, and that kind of awesome new life blooming everywhere. It is NOT the same in Madrid, I can assure it xD

8) Which film marked you as a child?

Only one? Doh. M. I remember the first time I cried seeing a film was... watching Terminator 2. Sue me. xD That marked me a lot. I was both terrified about the bomb and the nuclear future, and sad about the T1000...

Then there was this old animation film called "The flight of dragons", "El vuelo de los dragones". It had... dragons! and knights, heroes, magic... and the hero just teletransported from the real life to the fantasy world! Omg my imagination went wild there X)

9) What are you going to do tomorrow?

Work, probably, so probably will get pissed at some customers, will research on issues like House would do...

Will go in the afternoon to get some groceries as well, and then I should study chinese. And I say should because I'd probably be too tired to do it xD

10 and 11) Whatever.

I miss some things I had back in Spain, but life in the UK is better in some aspects as well, so I guess there is a balance.

I can say my life has changed a LOT in the past umm... 5 years. People came, people left, I pushed people away from my life, for some other people I just wasn't important enough to be around, people was born, others died... My way sepparated me from a lot of people, who picked up different roads, life styles, friends, families, ways of thinking... whatever.

I would like to be able to quit working with computers some day. I'd like to write stories as professional, but that is, most likely, not going to happen. But I'm writting my first fantasy novel. I can do it! I just need people to buy it x____D *keep optimism!*

Haha, but it is true! :) I usually don't have much to say that may be interesting enough to share XD

I am glad you still are reading and writing, even when I don't comment all I'd like to. But if you like doing this silly question memes stay tune, I have to do another one this week :P

About your answers, I am happy you're doing great in UK and I hope we can see each other in a few months when I go there! We have to tell each other about sooo many things...(Yes, I still remember your last comment in my lj, sorry I didn't have the chance to answer it)

Also I was wondering what were you doing now, cause the last time I checked you were doing English Philology, right? So maybe you had moved from computers to something English related...but I'm sure you will be able to do so, sometime :)

I'm thinking I'll send you an email when I've the time about moving to UK and everything, are you still using the same email address? :3

Haha you always have tons of memes! Weirdo Gryffindor...

I bet there are a lot of things we can talk about so many years later X) As I told you it's going to be like a new beginning from my part at least, as I can imagine you've changed quite a lot since I met you and I cannot even recall why I just put up with your red and golden strips on the first place, but hey, this can be funny. Haha xD

Probably I'm still as reserved and quiet as I've always been, so I beg for mercy :)

Now I am... studing Asian Studies in UOC. I was studing English Philology but couldn't finish because of our dear Bolonia plan only made lessons available on mornings. And of course, I couldn't pass the lessons unless I assisted a % of them, so it was out of question continuing with the degree.

I was able to pass the first half of the degree, so I could start Asian Studies in UOC and leave to UK almost at the same time !

But I'm still condemned to fix computers here and there X) Until I make myself a name as fantasy writer, that's it. Someday. I hope.

Yeah well, send me an email X ) I still have that old account, although I don't use it much now. Maybe we can talk on the LJ messages? x

Don't worry, I think it would be a new beginning for me as well. I haven't changed that much, but things have happened and we've grown up, right? Or not! But take it easy, it would be nice to see you, no matter how much time has passed since the first time :)

I will send you an email soon, then! Or a message, yeah. Talk to you soon, cousin :P
